Regional Fulfillment
Eligible U.S. orders may ship from our U.S. fulfillment inventory, while Canadian orders may ship from our Canadian stock. The checkout confirms product availability and shipping options for your destination.

Return Window
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.
How to Initiate a Return

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. For a different item, request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
