Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when you create an account, contact us, submit a review, save a favorite, subscribe to marketing, or place an order. This can include your name, email address, shipping address, account information, order details, and the content you submit. Shopify processes payment details through its checkout; Leeshade does not receive your complete card number.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate the store, process and fulfill orders, provide customer support, maintain accounts and saved items, publish approved reviews, prevent fraud, understand store performance, and send marketing only where permitted or requested.
Essential and Analytics Technologies
Essential technologies support functions such as the shopping cart, checkout, security, country and currency display, accounts, reviews, and favorites. With your permission, we also use Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, and Mixpanel to measure traffic and improve the shopping experience. Selecting Essential only prevents these optional analytics tools from loading.
Your Cookie Choices
You can accept optional analytics or continue with essential functions only. You can review or change that choice at any time using Cookie settings in the website footer. Withdrawing analytics consent does not prevent you from browsing or purchasing.
Service Providers
We use service providers to operate Leeshade, including Shopify for commerce and checkout, Vercel for website hosting, Supabase for accounts and customer-generated features, and—when you accept analytics—Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, and Mixpanel. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices and may process it outside your province or country.
Data Retention and Security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including order, accounting, fraud-prevention, support, and legal requirements. We use access controls and encrypted connections, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of your personal information, ask about how it has been used or disclosed, withdraw consent for optional uses, or request deletion where legally available. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when our practices or services change. Material changes will be posted here with an updated revision date and, where required, a new consent request.
